Article 1: Scope of application
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.mjwbrothers.com MJW Brothers Company Limited reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions. If modified, it will be applied to each order the general sales conditions in force at the date of the order.
The customer declares to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before validation of the order (by checking the box in the page validation of the order on the site).
Article 2: Delivery
The delivery time is 3 to 5 days maximum working otherwise set forth on the website (holidays, stock …)
MJW Brothers Company Limited disclaims all liability for non-performance of the contract due to a force majeure (strike, theft, fire …)
Article 3: Delivery and shipping
Delivery is only by Royal Mail in the UK and internationally.
On sending your order you receive a confirmation email.
Most of our products are sent in letter max followed (for the United Kingdom) and recommended priority mail (for abroad) according to the weight and size of the package.
Errors of information transmitted by the buyer when the order can not be the responsibility of MJW Brothers Company Limited for non receipt of the goods.
Buyer should check that the delivery is given to him is consistent with that provided on the order.
Upon receipt of a defective package, the buyer should make use of reserves before accepting delivery and to open the package.
The amount of shipping is based on rates tracked and signed parcels for:
UK and International – Overseas, Country of Eastern Europe (non-EU) and North Africa, USA, Canada, Asia, Oceania, Africa, Middle East –
And on standard rate for the whole European Union, Switzerland and Norway.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is made to the conditions set in the order, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid by it at the time of the order.
Article 5: Complaint
Upon delivery, the buyer is obliged to check the goods and mention any reservations on the delivery note. Otherwise, no claim will be accepted after receipt of the goods.
Article 6: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have the right of return for whatever reason. You can return an item within fourteen days of receipt of your package in the original packaging with the invoice and the reason for return to:

Article 7: Return of goods
All returns must be made in the original packaging accompanied by the invoice. If an item is defective or non-conforming, we are committed to replacing it with another item of the same value you choose in the catalog (each item is unique) or repay, provided it is returned within fourteen days.
Article 8: Price
Prices and shipping are quoted in Sterling. The price is payable in full in one payment with the order. All orders are invoiced and payable in Pounds Sterling only. For deliveries outside the UK, any customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Article 10: Transfer of ownership – Transfer of risk
The products remain the property of MJW Brothers Company Limited until full payment of the order, and regardless of the date of delivery of such products. However, the transfer of risk of loss and deterioration of the products will be made upon delivery and receipt of the products by the purchaser.
